Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we will make any quantity but keep in mine that the more you produce, the lower the unit cost – i.e, the price will increase as the quantity reduces, so it’s worth ordering in bulk if you think you will use the product. Contact us for quotes on different quantities to work out what’s best for you.

Can I have a 30 day account?

We ask that your first job is paid COD and once your credit application is approved, future jobs may be placed on your account. Please contact us for a credit application if you’re interested in setting up an account.

My quote includes a set up charge – what is this?

The set up charge covers the initial preparation and set up for your job and may include artwork, imposition, plates, screens and other essential processes needed to get your job started. If you repeat this job in the future, the set up cost will be reduced or removed – this way, you’re not paying for the set up every time over and over for no reason.

How do I place an order?
  1. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide you with a quote and let you know any different options we recommend.
  2. Upon written approval of the quote and a Purchase Order, we’ll get started on your job and provide a proof of the artwork for your review and sign off.
  3. Once the artwork is approved by you, we’ll begin production.
  4. After QA-ing your job to ensure the highest quality, we’ll contact you to let you know your job is ready to be delivered or collected.
What materials and thicknesses are available to print on, and how do I choose one for my job?

We have Polyester, Polycarbonate, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Mylar, Vinyl, Aluminium Composite, Adhesives and more, in various thicknesses. Each have their strengths and weaknesses depending on the job particulars. We use our 60+ years of expertise and knowledge to help you choose the most durable and cost effective materials for completing your job and will advise you on price implications, durability and quality options. Do your Membrane Switches have warranties?

Yes. Our Membrane Switches are fully tested and warrantied for 12 months.

What is EL / Electroluminescence?

Electroluminescence, or EL, is a phosphorescent light source that can be produced through specialist screen printing. EL is used for backlighting Membrane Switches (showing buttons or numbers) and is also used in marketing applications. See more info here>

I want to make a prototype – what's your minimum quantity?

Die Cut, Digital Cut, Guillotine or Laser Cut – which do you use?

We use all of these processes as they have different finishes, different accuracy and different costs – some material can or can’t be used for each cutting style. Contact us and we’ll guide you on the ideal processes for the best result on your job.

How should I supply my artwork?

Can you customise my job to a certain shape or colour?

Yes we can. We create custom sizes and shapes with different colours and finishes. Contact us to discuss the options or view some samples.

Can you apply numbering or variable data?

Yes we can create numbering or apply variable data. Contact us with your requirements for a quote.

Are your products made in Australia?

Yes, our office and purpose built production facility is based in Perth, Western Australia. We pride ourselves on our ability to complete entire jobs in-house to ensure the highest possible standard of quality.

For very large volumes, we have offshore partners to assist us in providing you with high quality, affordable solutions.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do – we have an overnight service to Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and the whole of Australia, or you are welcome to pick up your job from our Osborne Park office.

How long will it take to finish my job?

Every job is different, but most jobs are completed within one to two weeks. Contact us for a quote and turn-around time.

I have some equipment with an existing Membrane Switch that's not working. Can you help?

If OEM replacements are not available, we can usually copy an existing Membrane Switch, but please contact us first before removing anything!
